COMIC CLUB!

What kids work on: Character design and world-building, drawing and inking, comic layouts and panel structure, visual storytelling, and whatever they're currently obsessed with making.

A drop-in Zoom group for kids who love to draw, make up stories, and build worlds on paper.

Each session, students work on their own comics and creative projects while sharing ideas, getting feedback, and connecting with other kids who think the way they do. For a lot of kids, this is the first place where their ideas have been met with excitement instead of confusion. That does something real for their confidence and sense of self.

No assignments. No grades. No pressure to be anywhere in particular with your skills. Just a genuinely fun, creative space with a teacher who wants to hear what's in your head.

Open to students anywhere in the world.

Two groups: 3rd through 5th grade and 6th through 8th grade.
